2 1/2 week Brooklyn sublet

have cat – will travel.
I am subletting my 1BR in a nice, residential brownstone area of Bedford-Stuyvesant for 2-3 weeks, between 8/23 and 9/10. A-train express stop Nostrand Ave. is 4 stops into Lower Manhattan. Lots of shopping in the area, laundromat and Jamaican/Vegetarian restaurant right across the street, rent flexible according to how long you would be staying, but definitely discounted because of the furry roommate. Quiet, bright, wireless hi-speed connection, fire escape patio. Queen size bed plus a pull-out couch.
