Bob Carey

I am chairman of the Department of Communication Studies at Gardner-Webb University located in Boiling Springs, NC (we’re an hour west of Charlotte). We offer a degree in photojournalism and currently have 12 students in the program.

I still freelance and am available for assignments on a limited basis during the school year.

I am the President for NPPA. I help organize the Southwestern Photojournalism Conference held annually in Ft. Worth, Texas. Check http://www.swpjc.org for more information. I also am on the Board of Directors of Christians in Photojournalism – http://www.christiansinphotojournalism.org
