OjodePez Award for Human Values - question

Hello everyone,

I would like to send work to this award, but I’m confused about one point.

The rules I have state: “The photographs cannot have been published in a previous collection, nor formed part of a book…” Does this mean that the work has to be totally unpublished?

Any help is appreciated!
