Aaron Suozzi has been a professional photographer working for newspapers and magazines for more than 12 years. His work has taken him all over the world covering sporting events and news. He left his full time position in the summer of 2005 to start a weekly sports publication in Northeast Indiana. After that, he decided to freelance full time starting in January of 2006. In addition to shooting on a regular basis, Aaron also teaches three photography classes at
IPFW, a joint venture between Indiana University and Purdue University.
While working at newspapers throughout the United States, Aaron focused heavily on sports, from the high school level on up. At his last job, he was the main photographer for a weekly prep section in addition to his regular duties at the newspaper.
Aaron is currently shooting Notre Dame football for Blue and Gold Illustrated (The Nation’s Authority on Fighting Irish Football). Some of his other clients include the University of St. Francis, their football team has been to the NAIA National Championship the last two years, and the Fort Wayne Derby Girls.
