If you are outside the US, please use an international money order or a check payable on an American bank to avoid collection costs. Sending a foreign check (or any other draft drawn on a bank outside the US) may involve processing fees exceeding $50.
International money orders payable in the US are available in post offices in many countries, and will ensure your complete donation goes to November Eleven.
Tip:
If you and your bank are in the USA, you can probably use "online bill payment" to have them mail us a check. It's the same convenience as Paypal, and we don't get charged a transaction fee.
