About

I am an aspiring photographer based in the North West of England. I have recently returned from a year’s travelling in the Americas. The purpose of my trip was to build a photographic portfolio of travel and photojournalism images. Aside from these reportage style pictures I am also a keen architectural and landscape photographer.

Having completed a degree in Zoology in 2002 I travelled in South East Asia for six months. This trip awakened my passion for photography and upon my return I took a National Diploma in Photography and Digital Imaging, completeing it, with a Distinction, in 2006.

I have a had some pictures published, one in Tree House by Will Anderson and one as the cover picture for A Book of Silence by Sara Maitland, to be published by Granta in November 2008. I also did to photography for the Storyteller EP by Peter and the Wolf on Skinny Dog Records.
