adhesive velcro in Cambodia

Things you take for granted … Anyone have or know where to pick up adhesive velcro in Cambodia? I can find velcro at the market fabric sellers, but it doesn’t have the sticky stuff. I tried hacking it with double-sided tape, but it just ripped right off my flash.

Anyone have a lil’ bit left over they could spare, or possibly is heading to Angkor Photo Fest/Photo Phnom Penh and wouldn’t mind bringing me some? Rounds at Cantina on me.

Dude,

John from the Daily is in the States right now until the 2nd. I have a small order from Lowes that I am sending to his house and I think they sell adhesive velcro so if they do, I will put it in the order.

Thanks, Vinh. So you getting that missing part for the DIY beauty dish?

as for bands, if only a certain Cam Daily reporter would come back (to play the Peace Cafe!), Adhesive Velcro could open up for The Hun Sensations.

Just checked Lowes website but couldn’t find the part. Everything else is here so all I need is that rain gutter.
I have my sister on the case and she is pretty good at finding stuff. I am also having her buy about 3 feet of velcro for us so we should be good to go on that front.

Hi Rick,
Central Kad Suan Kaew (CM) has Scotch brand velcro with the adhesive on the back. 1×18″ for 125 Thai baht.
Want some?

The velcro is at Maloys house and will be heading back to us in less than a week. Along with a couple of rain gutters for the beauty dish project. Now to find that plastic salad bowl….
