Afghanistan opium havest time?

Hey, does anyone know the best time to illustrate opium harvesting in Afghanstan? It seems like Jun-Aug is harvest time for opium in the Northern provinces and April-May is harvest time in the souh. Anyone verify this for me or know otherwise? Kim
