I’m available for freelance work.
I am currently working as freelance photographer and writer. I have worked as a photojournalism teacher and tour guide in Myanmar (Burma), Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia, and as photo editor on the daily desk and for the winter Olympics coverage at MSNBC.com. There I was involved in editing images for the front cover of stories, including the execution of Sadam Hussein, the Enron case, daily and overall “Best of Olympics” photo pics, and on occasion co-edited MSNBC’s “Week In Pictures.” I’ve also worked as a photo intern for The Indianapolis Star, The Jackson Hole News and Guide, for the Ft. Knox military, and as staff photographer and reporter for the College Heights Herald. I have a degree in photojournalism and cultural anthropology from Western Kentucky University.
