Bgan for feeding video: explorer 100 or?

Anyone could please advice on what would be a good solution for sending video?
I was thinking about the cheap Explorer 100, but I’m concerned it is not powerful enough, in terms of uploading.
Anyone has experience sending video with it?
Any advice much appreciated.
