About

I am a Shanghai-based editorial photographer, having lived here for the past 4.5 years. Though when I say I am ‘based’ here it might be more accurate to simply state that I pay rent here as it seems I am often not actually here.

I have shot for a host of travel publications including Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveller (USA and UK), Departures, and Vanity Fair. On the business editorial side of things my photos have appeared in BusinessWeek, Newsweek, Fast Company, Business 2.0, USA Today, Le Figaro and the South China Morning Post.

In 2006 I was also fortunate enough to be honoured with a PDN 30 award, which recognizes the top 30 up-and-coming photographers worldwide. The award is administered by Photo District News magazine in New York.

In between shooting editorial I also take the occasional corporate/commercial gig, so do keep me in mind for that.

I am available for assignment Asia-wide, though I have recently shot jobs in Namibia, South Africa, and Australia. So I do get around. Send me an email if you are a photo editor that would like to be apprised of my comings and goings so you can an email update of where I am.

Hobart, Tasmania - Equipment Rental

Can anyone point me towards a rental agency, or individual photographer, who is able to rent lighting equipment (preferably strobes) in Hobart, Tasmania?

Thanks
