Questions about documentary photography legal status now.
Does anybody know how works right-to-privacy law in the USA (or other countries) for street-documentary photography?
I’m not concern about moral-ethical privacy invasion issues, just legal side.
I know about security matter of public places, aside that I am curious about strangers.
Can book publishing or picture exhibition consider as a commercial purpose?
Any known recent legal issues?
