Angola Visa...

I’m having a bit of difficulty obtaining my visa for Angola. I’m dealing with the Embassy in Washington and i will actually be going there in person Monday morning to see if i can make things happen since i leave Tuesday. Any tips or experiences would be welcomed. As well, since my first stop is Mozambique, anyone dealt with Angolan Consulate there. Doesn’t hurt to ask, thanks.
