Apple LED display 24"

Just wanted to know if anyone from you had already experienced advanced editing on such monitor, what about calibration ( I have spyder 2) etc… ?
I am mostly doing black and white, so full Adobe RGD is less of importance for me, what else would you advise ?
I know there are pros and cons regarding the glossy thing.
Let me know your thoughts.

it rocks. the glossy thing is awesome, MUCH better contrast in high ambient light, and it calibrates fine with any current calibrator. that said, the spyder2, being kind of outdated, may not do so well- i’ve been using the xRite i1 and its the balls.
