About

Kay-Christian Heine, born in 1966, freelance photographer and jurist.

As freelance photographer I work on travel and cultural topics. Social issues are a fairly new aspect of my work. There have been various exhibitions and my pictures have been published in newspapers and magazines, among others in DIE ZEIT, in special interest magazines for music and in diverse publications of the Northelbian Church.

I´m a member of the partnership committee „One World – Loitokitok“ of the parish Thomaskirche Elmshorn (Germany) since 2001. During a partnership visit to Loitokitok/Kenya I tried to capture with my camera what life is about in this Kenyan parish. This work will be continued next year and beyond.
