Arianna’s relationship with photography became a full-immersion commitment as Archive Director at Magnum Photos, New York, in 1998. Back in Italy, Arianna worked as Photo Editor for Colors magazine, commissioning photographers for documentary work. In Milano since 2004, Arianna has been freelancing as a curator for exhibits and book projects, as well as photo editor, image consultant and agent for photographers.
She is now Photo Editor at D magazine, the weekend supplement of Italy’ main newspaper, La Repubblica, and is on the lookout for inspiring and visually exceptional documentary work.
Arianna is also Editor in Chief of OjoDePez, the Spanish documentary photography magazine, and has edited issue #2 and #12.
