I have always enjoyed eclecticism. I am inspired from being exposed to many different types of people and situations but my underlying goal is to witness connections. I shoot primarily on location and photograph business executives, actors, travel and every day people.

Born and raised in Kansas City, I studied Journalism at the University of Kansas with emphases in photography and French. After university, I did an internship at the major local newspaper in Costa Rica- La Nacion. Subsequently I started my career in Miami, Florida, photographing news for the Associated Press, Miami Herald and other local business publications. I quickly saw that portraiture, rather than news, was my true love.

My client base quickly expanded from local publications to national and international magazines and corporations. This list includes publications like Fast Company, Money Magazine, Barron’s, BusinessWeek, Newsweek, Inc., Computer World, etc.Corporate clients include General Motors, FedEx, Mastercard, VISA, Disney Latin America, Discovery Network, Fox TV, BSMG, Rubbermaid and NCR.

Speaking languages (fluent French and Spanish, a little Portuguese, Mandarin and Czech) facilitates my love for traveling and experiencing different cultures. I enjoy photographing a wide range of subjects but I especially love working with clients who relish collaboration.
