Those who have worked anywhere near Pakistan’s frontier regions near Afghanistan will know the name Raza Khan. So I will spare you the introductions.

Raza died in a car crash a couple of days ago. Tim McGirk, former Time Magazine bureau chief, has written a short obituary here:
