Dear,
I’d like to know how to proceed for an embedding slot in Iraq. The contacts i’ve got from the Us embassy in Brazil doesn’t work.

Contact CPIC in Iraq. You’ll have to submit a packet and more than likely be sponsored by a bonafide news agency.

I’m still trying to embed, but unfortunately can’t make any contact with nobody at CPIC. My e-mails are returning and no one answers by phone… Any sugestions my friend? thanks

Passport # and country of origin:

Blood Type:
CPIC ID Number: (You will get this in Iraq if you don’t already have
one.) Your approx. body weight:
Number of bags your will bring:
Approx weight of bags:
A note that you have and will wear body armor and Kevlar
A brief bio:
Samples of recent work:
A list of any previous embed experience:
What geographic location(s) do your prefer:
What specific story angle(s) are you looking cover:
The intent of your coverage:
What specific date do you wish to begin your embed:
What specific date do you wish to disembed:
Point of Contact (POC) at your news organization, such as your editor.
*If you are a Brazilain citizen you may have a visa requirement to enter through Kuwait.

Bill, i have all that ready to go, but my real problem is the contact. i tried some e-mails, including that one you sugest me, but without success…but i’ll keep trying. Anyway, thanks a lot buddy André

Antonio, That’s fine for me. I think it’s gonna be better for both of us. We really can talk about that. I’m thinking to go on March, if i could schedule my embed until there… What do you think about?
