Assistants in Tokyo/Hanoi/Bangkok

I should be traveling through Tokyo, Hanoi, and Bangkok if all things work out well. Any suggestions or recommendations for assistants/translators in these cities? Also, anyone worked with anyone in Saigon/Ho Chi Mien City?

for tokyo as an assistant i can recommend
Martin Hladik (on LS as well)
he is the man, i worked with him a couple of times.
