Seung-Chul is a 24 year old independent photojournalist originally from Seoul, South Korea. For the last couple years, he was in the Korea army serving as a division photographer. He was discharged as a sergeant in July, 2010, and he is now in his second year of photojournalism program at Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario, Canada.
