this seems to be a new festival in town. Going along with the relocation of VII in Dumbo, they try to give some local photo credibility to the neighborhood?
But if you check out the jury and the “advisory board” (whatever that means), you have the big names there… Which is supposedly good enough because it says nowhere what the “prize”/goal might be…

Let’s keep an eye on it, while they figure out what to do with it…
