does anyone know of a service like blurb.com that might do custom sizes?

i guess that you’ll need a bookmakers help for custom sizes. But as far as I know, blurb has a directory of some bookmakers: http://www.blurb.com/blurb_nation/directory not a long time ago, I so a bookmakers workshop here in cihangir. i forgot where it was, but will tell if you if i find it again.

You could try looking at something that will let you print inkjet prints and then custom bind them – I think Light Impressions has a system.
