I’m a freelancer working mainly in Washington, DC, covering politics and doing personal documentary projects. In 2009 I was selected to attend the Eddie Adams Workshop, and in 2008, I was a finalist for the first grant under the David Alan Harvey Fund for Emerging Photographers. I’m a member of the White House News Photographers Association (WHNPA).

Semana Santa festival in Ayacucho, Peru

Has anyone been to this? It takes place in the week or so leading up to Easter Sunday. What’s it really like? Stumbled across it in my LP guidebook and it sounds kinda tempting.
