About

I’m a freelancer working mainly in Washington, DC, covering politics and doing personal documentary projects. In 2011 I co-founded Prime, a photography collective dedicated to realizing long-term documentary projects. Other members: Max Whittaker, Lance Rosenfield, Melanie Burford, Dominic Bracco II, and Charlie Mahoney. I’m also a member of the White House News Photographers Association (WHNPA).

Chile earthquake

So what’s the story, anybody actually there already? Hard to tell from reports so far whether it’s another Haiti or far, far less. Is the damage anywhere near as extensive as in Port-au-Prince? I hate to be so callous but just trying to figure out whether this is a story where we’ll all breathe a sigh of relief or swallow pretty hard.
