Hi my roommate is moving out and i need someone (male or female) to fill her spot. i will be renewing the lease for one year, and you will have to apply to the management company to be on the lease as well. Rent is 700 +700 dep. you must obviously have stable income that can easily pay the monthly rent (which is quite good for nyc).

the apartment is located at 207th st and Vermilyea, one block from broadway. it is one block from the A train, three blocks from the 1 train. there are two grocery stores, rite aid, restaurants, pubs, post office, shopping all within 2 blocks!

i will be buying all new furniture after my roommate moves out (since it is all hers). so i prefer those who have little or no furniture. i am a nice, friendly guy, but i prefer those who travel regularly, or have a significant other with whom they stay often. if you have questions or want to drop by to see the place, shoot me an email! i can also send jpegs of the place.
