I’m a young photographer with a lot of passion for the art. Looking to start establishing myself as a legitimate photographer by picking up some jobs or assignments.

Current long term project I am working on is documenting highly devout religious groups. I hope to go to all corners of the world and cover all different religions, denominations, sects, showing the extreme similarities/differences of our world’s religions. Specifically those who push the boundaries of just your average practicing person.

Working/Photographing in Honduras

Hi, I am planning a trip to Honduras for a month in January. I am wondering what anyone’s personal experience is flying into the country with camera equipment, and photographing there. Is it difficult to get through security/customs with a fair amount of professional gear?

How is it photographing out on the streets? Can you walk around with a 5d around your neck and be comfortable?

Forgive my ignorance, this is going to be my first time going out of the country specifically for my own photography.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Especially if anyone has done any recent travel there during the current political situation.
