Call for Submissions: Exhibition on Sustainability and Transparency

A photography exhibition on the themes of Sustainability and Transparency will be held at The Melkweg Gallery in Amsterdam for the month of May 2008. The exhibition will look at these themes through the eyes of 6 – 8 professional photo journalists from around the world.

The month-long free entry exhibition is being put together by the NGO, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) to stimulate discussion around these pertinent themes. The exhibition will also coincide with The Amsterdam Global Conference on Sustainability and Transparency.

All professional photo journalists are eligible to submit their work.

For your pictures to be considered for inclusion send a series of between 2 to 10 low resolution jpeg images on the themes of Sustainability and Transparency through your own eyes, with captions and a short biography to submissions@globalreporting.org by 17 March 2008.

GRI and The Melkweg Gallery endeavor to reflect diversity in the selection of photographers for inclusion in the exhibition. Selected photographers will be notified by 31 March 2008.
