Call for Submissions:
I am happy to announce that we are back and ready for our VIII Slideshow. The theme of this show will be: Invincible, Solo or Fate. You can choose one of the themes to create your body of work.
So do what you need to do – edit/choose your work, create new work and show us something special.
Do to the nice weather we are going to be screening our next slideshow outside in the parking lot behind the building. We will do a potluck barbecue and it will be on a saturday, so please let everyone know that might be interested.
The slideshow is open to all visual arts! Photography, paintings, drawings, multimedia, video, etc. – all is welcome as long as it is short (under 5 minutes) and in a digital format we can project from our laptop to the big screen. If you are interested in presenting work, please email Mara Catalan at info@studio304.org. or call 347 739 8258. Please get in touch with Mara soon if you wish to show work.

We’re asking that work be submitted on CD/DVD by tuesday June3rd so that we have time to put together the evening’s presentation.

Guidelines:
For videos and multimedia:
-less than 5 minutes
-burned to a dvd or cd
-able to play on standard software
-no internet required
For still images:
-image should be JPEGs with pixel dimensions of 1024×768 (be it horizontal or vertical, under Image Size in Photoshop just make sure the longest side of the image is 1024 pixels)
-filenames should contain numerical sequence and artist’s name (01Catalan.jpg, 02Catalan.jpg)
-25 images or less (but if you have a special idea, this is negotiable)
Mailing/Dropoff:
Please mail or drop off your CD/DVD to Studio 304. The address is:

You may drop your CD/DVD off at Studio 304 during business hours. Just go to the above address and ring buzzer number 17. This is the building office, and you can drop your CD/DVD there from 9am-5pm.
