I’m looking to find out some information about how different picture editors and picture desks find images. Obviously many use the feeds from Getty/AP/Reuters etc but i’m more interested in alternative sources. As an example other agencies eg Laif, Eyevine etc and what they offer over the big 3.

There are also a few systems out that link agency content in one place for example IDS Picture Desk, PictureMAxx etc. Are there others that picture editors are currently using and what do they think of these systems?

Are there any other sources that are useful?
