Have a look at Sanpoh http://www.sanpou.ne.jp/itemsearch.cfm It is one of the cheapest in Tokyo. Kitamura http://www.net-chuko.com/guest/ or as you and Jane said Map camera in Shinjuku. If you want more details just yell.

Yodobashi and Bic camera stores are for new cameras, while Map Camera, Sanpou, and Fujiya in Nakano offer mainly used cameras. There are other smaller stores for used cameras.
