Cassandra Mathie

Cassandra Mathie is an Australian documentary photographer who documents and explores the universal issues of identity, culture and migration within different cultural contexts. Over the past eight years she has worked and travelled extensively throughout the Balkans, the Caucases, Turkey, Iran,Pakistan and Mongolia. Now based in Beirut, Lebanon Mathie works with non government organisations who advocate for the protection of refugees and internally displaced persons.
