Chris Stanfield

Chris Stanfield has more than 15 years of experience as a versatile photojournalist and picture editor. Working at eight newspapers across five states, Chris was named by Presstime magazine as one of the top 20 journalists under the age of 40 in the United States. Stanfield is a founding member and past president of the Associated Press Photo Managers – the nations’s largest organization for photo managers, picture editors and photo educators.

Most recently, Chris served as the senior editor for photography at the largest newspaper in the Southeast United States, leading more than 25 of the nation’s most talented photojournalists and picture editors. He is a graduate and faculty member of the Eddie Adams Workshop.
