clients

How do you like to keep track of your clients? What are some ways you have found helpful in organizing? Know of any good programs?

honestly - I just use excel. Probably not the best way to go about it. But it allows me to easily sort by last contact, client number, file location, etc. With some luck, somebody better at constant follow-up with past clients, will chime in with a better system. :D
