Cockroaches

Does anybody want to rid my apartment of cockroaches for free?
Or wash my soiled underwear for free?
My septic tank is blocked. Anybody want to unblock it for free?

I’ll clear your cockroaches if you can clear the bailiffs away from my door.
|
It is my job to exploit your naive desperation. If you can handle cockroaches, then the baliffs won’t be a problem for you to deal with.

i can share a very important tip on cockroaches: i lived in an apartment in center madrid where i had to share my living with them, sometimes i used to get up at night and make them a surprise while they were having party in the kitchen and start to talk to them, didn’t wanto to kill them with ddt or put poison, i knew they were there ‘cause i was there, we had philosophical and existencial conversations, until one day a wise cockroach gave me a suggestion. spread in the corner some cloves: well it works fantastic! they don’t like the smell, it seems, so prefer to stay away, it’s like narcotic for them, so you may find a couple like drugged first day, then nothing … but you have to change the cloves at least once x month… i suggest u to try, the smell is exellent and away from the beasts. biological killing.

You are not married then, Mike?

cloves … that’s good to know. but does it work on bailiffs too?
|
Garlic and holy water for the bailiffs.

never tested. better ddt with this stuff, it’s not ecological but the earth will forgive

Dana My God I live in Sydney and I have never heard that one before.
First thing in the morning I am going to buy heaps of cloves!
My place (In Erskinville and inner city area and well known for this) is COMPLETELY overrun with cocky’s,.
I reckon this tip if it works is definitely will be an LS success story!
|
lisa i hope it works with the australian species too. let me know :))
|
The cockroach infestation in my house is not really bad as it was in an apartment I lived in before. When I saw cockroaches on my bed one day, I thought I should move out of there.
I will try Dana’s clove trick to get rid of a few I have seen in this place. Rather than the DDT, I currently use a glue trap at the basement entrance door to prevent them to enter further. However, occasional sighting of the cockroaches seem to indicate their entry through the grocery bags contaminated by their eggs.

they have such an impudic posture of dying. bytheway, this is the american cockroache species, more aggressive than the usual black and fat and slow ones.

Mr. Hack, Perhaps these answers will allow you to discover the enemy; “It is us.”
|
Mr. Milyovsky is wide awake this morning. Excellent answer Mr. M. Very switched on.

Oh, maybe I just read too many Pogo comic strips in the 60’s.

|
The American roaches are fast and aggressive, for sure, but they are, in fact, German, apparently.
