Ian Parry Scholarship’s site has not yet been updated with the 2008 winner. And I am familiar with his nick name as VJ so I couldn’t recognize that’s him from the title at first and he’s with LS http://www.lightstalkers.org/veejayvillafranca .
It should be real. This is great news.

My pleasure. Yeah, I know they haven’t updated their site yet, but the winner was announced on Thursday, so I thought it’d be nice for someone to mention it here on Lightstalkers.
I’m not familiar with VJ’s work, but it must be extremely good, so I’m looking forward to seeing it. I have seen a fair bit of Matt Eich’s work though, and it really is superb, so congratulations also to him, and the other winners.
