i just put COD “Cash on delivery” on my invoice. i then get paid by the end of the month, some publications pay in a week to two weeks.

i then also just state that the images are “once off single useage editorial only”.

this is done for work comissioned by the client, should i submit work it is then within 30 days or as above on publication.

Tambien deberias cobrar digital rate, que usualmente, es la mitad del dia de trabajo. O sea si la paga es de U$250.00 el dia ese digital deberia ser de US125.00. por cada dia trabajado un dia de digitalizacion.

Thanks but nobody use a single sheet contract like the model release? I need some example in english because is not my mother lenguage and i try to avoid mistakes. If someone can share something like this please send it to me by email.

Hey Stupid, there are some info in the web site you mention, thanks, but is like the items are distributed in several forms and all fill several pages. If i send a huge contract i will frighten the client and i don’t want to be too bureaucratic. Well, i have to sit down with my dictionary to cut and paste some sentences. Hope appears someone that use a simple and common sense contract.
