Cuba, anyone ?

I bought a camera for a colleague friend who lives in Havana and I’m looking for a photog travelling there to deliver it for me. He wants to use one of the “mules” who delivers stuff to Cuba for a fee, but that’s not entirely reliable. Help is greatly appreciated.
