Recent PostBangkok HelpHi All, Will be in Bangkok for a week this summer and have never been before. Staying in the Silom Road area and need some general advice. I’d like to be able to connect with a couple of people via email that really know the city but first off, some general questions: Can i safely walk around with a camera and bag of gear? Anything I need to be concerned about? Are there any “street scams” I need to be on the lookout for? What are the “must see” sights in the city and what’s the best way to get to them? Any “must do” day trips that can be easily done from the city? Anyone know a fixer or local guide that I can connect with for a day or two to get me around quickly and easily? Many thanks, Dan |
