Well, Limited sales and service as one may expect- but I did drop a lens, which bent the filter ring thus trapping the filter on my lens. He, very carefully and gently, broke the filter off and hammerd out the ding, so I could put a new one on there.

Not for major repairs/cleaning, but if you need little stuff in Kabul he is good.
