Internship Opportunity

Highly organized intern needed for portrait and documentary photographer/filmmaker in Bushwick, Brooklyn.

Seeking someone with a keen interest in photography, filmmaking & production to assist in both admin/production duties as well as assisting in the field, when needed. Background in photography or a major in photography a plus (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred). Applicants must be detail oriented, efficient, web savvy and dependable.

This internship will be for 1 – 2 days a week.

Intern will learn about working with subjects and editors, image archiving, web updating, developing marketing materials, photo assisting (lighting and equipment), admin duties, & various production duties. Strong telephone, written and research skills are required. The ideal candidate should be ready to learn through practical exposure in the workplace and in the field.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the photography industry, experiencing all aspects from the business side to shooting & post-production.
