DON'T TOUCH MY ADN

If you feel concerned about how the french government will use genetique to control emigration please sign this petition (good english translation will be welcome)

http://www.touchepasamonadn.com/

petition signed…...disgusting amendment…what the hell is happening in france…by this measure, since Dima and I share different DNA, what would that mean to us, as father and son, for example?....

encroyable…......:(((....

rough translation:

“DON’T TOUCH MY DNA

Charlie Hebdo and SOS Racism create a petition against DNA tests.

By instituting DNA tests DNA to prove a filiation (membership, ties) to a family grouping, the Mariani amendment adopted by the National Assembly, pushes genetics into the epoch of using DNA for something other than simply medical or judicial: from here on out, DNA will devolve into something involving state control. This new amendment creates three series of fundamental problems.

First of all, an ethical problem. In effect, the use of DNA tests to ascertain if a child has a biological connection to a French parent asks this question: since when does genetics decide who has the right, or not, to settle in a nation? Moreover, since when should a family define itself strictly in terms of genetics? Fathers or mothers are the people who provide love, nurturing, care and education to those that they acknowledge as being their children.

Next, this amendment steals in broad daylight the precious, universal acceptance of bioethical law which prevents the use of genetics whose use is in opposition to the fundamental idea and principles civilization and freedom.

Finally, this amendment creates a general atmosphere and condition of continued distrust towards foreigners who come and consequently threatens them and their life entirely. Everybody agrees to that the yearly occurrences of “family identification fraud” is marginal with regard to children’s statistics and is not a serious or consequential concern/problem. In effect, what then is the strange reason for pushing the children of immigrants in great numbers to our country if they were not truly their own family? In other words, the amendment that institutes these DNA tests has not as a function struggled with hypothetical immigration fraud but definitely challenges the vision of the rights of immigrants.

We are therefore facing an amendment which ethically, was introduced and will have profound negative changes. That’s why, we, the signatories of this petition, call for the President of the Republic and the Government to withdraw this disposition, at the risk of contributing to further risk, by introducing the idea that they could bring a biological solution to a political question, to break permanently the conditions of an useful and serene, democratic debate on the issues of immigration…”

that’s what the petition says…

Oh thank very much for the translation brother Bob. If you were living in France and Dima, who has a different DNA of you, wanted to come to France to live and work it would be dificult; let’s imagine that Dima didn’t have a mother with the same DNA living here, it would be impossible to him to come. Unless he would run on administrative papers to prove you are is father with a different DNA.

TOUCHE PAS A MON ADN

OPPOSITION A L’AMENDEMENT MARIANI

if you asked the average european to name the greatest living frenchman,i reckon most of them would name zinedine zidane, who is of course algerian genetically, which just goes to show how pathetic, draconian and racist these proposals are.
