Hi Gigi, my friend and I will be arriving in NY from Sydney at the end of this month and we are looking to sublet an apartment… is the rent for the whole 3 bedroom apartment or for a room only? We are also looking to sublet for only about 3 weeks, but we are willing to pay the $1500/month rent if you don’t mind letting us have the place for such a short time. Please let me know.
