Fixer/Translator in Rafah (egypt side)

I’m planning to travel throug egypt next month and I’ll be in Rafah for some days.
anyone knows a good (and possilbly not expensive) fixer/translator for my days there?
tips for a place where to sleep and other advices will be welcome.
