On saturday i will go to Calais for about 1 week, doing a report on the illegals there. I saw quite some series from people, and was wondering if anyone has tips for me.

What is the best way to approach?
How to gain their trust? I experienced how hard it is in Holland, so any tips are more then welcome.
How about my own security (as I heard some negative stories)?

I already emailed the organization Salam, are there more organisations active?

I also red about the asylumseeker transition centre, but couldn’t find anything online. Does someone know about this? What is the french name of it?
