I want to travel overland from Caracas to Peru. I am not sure which route I should take though. I could either go through Colombia and Ecuador or I could go eastbound through Boa Vista and Manaus in Brazil and catch a riverboat to Tabatinga and further on to Iquitos in Peru.

Please advise
