Dutch photographer Eric de Vries is living in Siem Reap, Cambodia, the country he’s been travelling since 2000, and is currently working on two long-term projects called ‘Still Life in Khmer Style’ that covers landscapes, temple scenes and buddha statues and Photo- Cambodia, a free monthly E-zine. In the meantime he produced several series, most of them in black and white. Breaking The Clouds(Over Ayuthaya), Khmer Standoff (at Preah Vihear), LOST and TAPED! are 4 new series, which saw the light last year. More recently he worked on his series CRY (when children die), IN YOUR ROOM and HELLO DARLING Pt2. Eric is member of SEA/collectiv, a Cambodian based agency, and founder of PhotoCambodia.
