apartment available in brooklyn month of august

hey all,

if you or anyone you know who is trustworthy and won’t attract cockroaches, are looking for a place in nyc, consider this spacious, beautiful and wonderfully located apartment in a historic turn of the century brooklyn townhouse, just 1 block from prospect park and the subway.

august 4th through september 4th ::: $875 including all utilities and internet (very fast wireless)

it’s a very very large living room that would be yours only, with three large parlor windows looking out onto the street PLUS a bedroom connected to the living room with a queensized double futon, separated from the living room by a set of windowed doors and curtains. everything furnished. high ceilings, wood floors, exposed brick kitchen, etc.

Q train to parkside avenue: it’s a 24 hr express train, so you’re at union square in 20 minutes or 34th st/herald square in 25. you can also transfer to the 2,3/4,5/B,D/N,R at atlantic avenue, just 3 stops away on the way to manhattan. canal avenue is 5 stops from here, union square 6, even at 4 in the morning. going to the upper east side only takes 35 min.

roommate is quiet, respectful, clean belgian sax player who hardly ever makes his music heard outside his room. three large parlor windows in the living room will be your private view of this colorful, eccentric brooklyn neighborhood on a cul de sac with trees and private parking only.
