http://www.lightstalkers.org/lmajali Laith Al-Majali realized his interest in story telling through the visual arts from an early age. His entertainment career started in theatre and has moved towards photography and film. He graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with a degree in Communications and was the first recipient of the King Hussein Scholarship. Laith has been involved in TV/Video production in America and the Middle East and has served as an editor/producer on a number of short films and documentaries for which he has received numerous awards. His photographs have also been displayed in galleries in London and Jordan. Laith currently lives in Amman, Jordan, and has recently finished editing "Captain Abu Raed" a feature film he produced. The film is in the world dramatic feature competition at the 2008 Sundance film festival, and has been shown at the 4th Dubai International Film Festival. He is also available for hire for reportage work in the region. en-us
