    <description> Rodrigo is a Chilean cinematographer and still photographer who has been travelling around America (mean the continent)  in the last two years. 
He has been taking pictures and shooting commercials and documentaries in Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and United States.

 In 1995, Rodrigo received his Social Communication and Journalism degree from the Universidad Cat&#243;lica del Norte in Chile. 
Four years later, he received a cinematography degree from the Escuela de Cine de Chile. 
In the last three years he has taken several courses and seminars at the Maine Photographic Workshops, IATSE Local 600, VII Agency and others.  

 Rodrigo currently teaches cinematography at the Escuela de Cine de Chile where he is in charge of the department of  Cinematography.

 As a still photographer, he worked for several Chilean publications, and  Reuters Agency. 

 In July 2004, he received the FONDART scholarship from the Chilean Ministry of Culture to study High Definition Television, as a way to introduce this technology to his country.

 His credits include the first two Chilean sitcom series in a Ross Films-Sony International Television co-production. Loco por ti (2004), Los Galindo (2005).  
He was the director of photography for several commercials shot in the Dominican Republic. Navidad Leon Jim&#233;nez (2005)  Indotel (2005).

Rodrigo was also the production coordinator for Expresate! Chile, (VPG Boston) and technical producer on commercials for Chapstisk &#8220;wait&#8221; (2000),
 Vodafone (2001), and Glad (2002).
